A Laycan's skin is much thicker than any other creature perhaps possibly the minotaur or the ogre. Nevertheless Theanos felt the arrow slice through his skin. He howled from the surprise attack of pain, ripping the arrow back from his leg was also a large mistake, making the wound bigger. He couldnt let her get away with it though. If there's something he knew about elves, it was that they valued their crafts above everything else, to have an instrument of war purposely broken was a declare of war. Theen stood, his injured leg seeping blood. He lifted the long arrow to his eyes and licked the point, before putting it inbetween his teeth, a flash of malice in his eye and he clamped down on it, the wood bending ever so slightly. He started backing from her, clamping down even more with every step.

Nevaeh felt very smug about her arrow choice, one of her favourites if she did say so herself, it was that of her own design where it the victim were to pull at the arrow, the barbed teeth would enlarge the wound but also some would stay in the wound, creating a scar to mark them of and elven attack. She wasn’t too sure if it would work on a Lycan, but his expression was priceless for the moment it hit him that he had been struck. Stepping back in case he happened to rear up to a fight, looking back to Elayahi and Alyan who seemed to be watching still she focused back on Theen and her eyes widened at what he was doing Alyan spoke as if to himself but seeing as the whole area had gown quiet he could be heard. “Theanos mate, I really wouldn’t do that....” He knew what Nevaeh was like with her equipment, seeing as it was her lifelong passion.

Her eyes watered, though not out of a pain or sadness, but out of rage. “Stop.” She commanded but he kept clamping down on the wood, the sinew and the shaft splintering. As she heard one final snap Nevaeh too snapped. Running at him full speed Nevaeh jumped at him and took him by the throat. "Amin delotha lle!", "Amin delotha lle!", "Amin delotha lle!"

Theanos stumbled backward not expecting her to get quite so angry. He fell to the floor, her delicate hands grabbing at his throat, he didnt want to touch her, to anger her more, obviously that had been a wrong move, but it was worth it, he never lost an argument. Alyan came over and dragged her off of him by the waist, her still thrashing around, screaming elven profanities at him. He stood, and limped off in the opposite direction.

She wasnt speaking to him still. It was evening and she still wasnt speaking to him, even though there were shards of arrow planted in his skin, and his wound was severly bleeding and aching, she still wasnt speaking to him. He looked up over at her but diverted his gaze quickly. Maybe it wasnt so worth it afterall. He loved her, and she was obviously upset. He looked at the teeth marks on her neck, the bruises fading leaving only small cuts which would eventually fade also. He made those. She let him do it. He loved her. He stood, tears in his eyes. Elayahi and Alyan looked up to him 'Where are you going?' his sister said. He looked down at her, sullen faced and left the room. Once in the other room, he pulled out his bag, rummaging around until he grabbed it. He pulled out a thick branch of wood, and a large knife. He sat there and began striking the wood, shending shavings off onto the floor.

It was finished. A dark wood, badly crafted arrow lay on the floor. It was curved one way and had notches and bumps sticking out of it. The point was very crude, a simple trinagle of flint and the feathers were ragged. He looked at it on the floor. It had taken him the best part of an hour to make it. He was surrounded by wood shavings and a small pile of chipped flint. He stood, taking the arrow in his hands and walked back into the other room. They were still sitting in the same places on the floor as they were when he'd left. He walked over to Nevaeh, watched scrupiously by his sister and Alyan. He sat down cross legged infront of Nevaeh, who was hugging her knees to her chest, and placed the arrow by her feet. He shuffled backward a bit and started twiddling his thumbs. She probably thought it was crap. It was just a stick compared to her arrows. His eyes welled up with tears again looking at all the cuts on his hands from using the knife. A tear rolled down his cheek and fell onto the floor.

As Alyan pulled Nevaeh from Theanos she hissed and growled, screamed and thrashed. It was usual for an elf to angry if their property, more so if it was used in the art of war but for Nevaeh it was different, she believed she had a connation to her bow and arrow, that was why she was so precise, so accurate. That was why she was so angry, she felt like he had broken up a part of her. Alyan understood, at least a little bit, he didn’t scorn her for acting so harshly instead sat her by his side for a while having Nevaeh rest her head on his shoulder and take a moment to breathe. When Nevaeh had finally calmed down enough to form a sentence she sat in silence. Sat back in what she assumed was the chief’s rooms Nevaeh stared blankly at the different walls, occasionally looking over to Theen as his eyes were elsewhere. Seeing his leg she had hit him at an awkward angle, some of the arrow shards were still jutting from the wound; in two days it would have scarred and Theanos would have her mark. The way Nevaeh felt, she didn’t think he deserved her mark, he was the Royal, educated one, surely he knew what would come of this; he had taunted her and pushed her, broken her arrow, how was this Nevaeh’s fault?

Watching Theanos’ feet as he left the room Nevaeh couldn’t help but feel a small pang of guilt curling up with her legs up into her chest, she could feel the stares of Alyan and Elayahi in the silence, and it seemed no one was going to break the awkwardness. Hearing Theen’s footsteps again a while later, the three looked up to him, Nevaeh’s eyes quickly looking anywhere else. As he sat down in front of her Nevaeh didn’t want to look up to him her eyes were bloodshot; contrasting dramatically to her skin. As he placed the arrow down in front of her Nevaeh stared at it first, unsure what to make of it, at first she didn’t really recognise it as an arrow but when she recognised the flint tip a small smile assed her dry lips. Looking up to Theanos properly Nevaeh was surprised to see his tears again. Putting the arrow on the floor between her legs Nevaeh took one of his bloodied hands and kissed the palm lightly over one of his knife wounds, never breaking eyecontact.

Theanos looked at her. He felt like such an idiot. And that he should have payed better attenion in his racial lessons. His leg was in absolute agony, obviously he hadnt of realised that the arrow was that sharp. Lycan skin was bred to resist most kinds of impact, his being one of the toughest types seeming as his father was the king of Lycans. 'Thats some tough shit you got there.' he mumbled, clicking his tounge slightly before putting a hand on the side of her face, her light hair falling across it. He tilted her head upward 'sorry.' He leant in and kissed her, taking in her taste. A loud coughing came from behind 'Do you mind getting your hands off of my baby sister?' Theanos pulled back, putting his forhead on Nevaeh's, his eyes closed. He laughed softly. 'Only if you admit i'm better looking than you Alyan.'

Nevaeh didn’t know where to look with Theanos so close to her, she was just so happy to be able to talk to Theen again, even if she didn’t want to show it just yet. “I know, I made it myself...” A small smirk escaped as she thought that line over in her head again. As Theen got in closer again her heart began to beat against her chest rapidly and as Theen kissed her softly, Nevaeh couldn’t help but kiss back, all tension released from her. Opening her eyes to her Brother’s protective comment she rolled her eyes playfully and laughed at his response “But we all know that’s not true!” Alyan cooed, he surprised himself the way her reacted around Lycans now, he was even okay with his little sister relation to them, well as much as an over protective brother could be, he just didn’t want her to get hurt. Nevaeh looked down to the wound she had created “Hmmm...Hold still...” Without warning Nevaeh proceeded to pull out three shards of the arrow in one go.

Theanos howled in pain, screming as the barbs of sharp carved flint ripped back out of his skin, sending blood seeping down his leg. Elayahi flinched at the cry her brother had made before jumping forward and growling, Alyan tried to pull her back, holding her shoulder but she pulled away. 'let him alone.' she said through clenched teeth. Theanos looked around to her, tears welling in his eyes with the pain 'Ella, she's helping him...' the princess turned around to Nevaeh's brother, shouting peversly at him 'Dont you dare tell me what to do you filthy elf. He is my brother, get the hell off of him!' Suddely Elyahi reformed, baring her teeth and growling at Nevaeh. Instead of getting angrier, she jumped. In her mind, everything was completely differant, she was sensing things that she couldnt before she could hear things and it scared her. Theanos jumped up, exited yet slightly apprehensive. 'Elaya, its fine, calm down you're okay. Just look at me.' she slowly reformed back and sat, shaking on the floor.

Looking down at Theanos’ leg, Nevaeh wondered if she should have pulled out the flint, if she had hit another elf it would have been safe to leave it in as not to tear a artery but not knowing anything about the Lycan anatomy assumed it would be fine. Listening cries of pain Nevaeh winced but still went back to pull out another shard, the sooner they were out, the less scaring there would be. Hovering over a particularly long piece of flint Nevaeh looked back to Elayahi who seemed to be staring down Nevaeh with a low growl Biting her lip Nevaeh decided not to be so rough with the removal of the flint. Fingers once again poised over the wound Nevaeh jumped a mile as Elayahi shouted at Alyan who too stepped back from the angered princess; no one expected what happened next. Nevaeh and Alyan didn’t know that Elayahi wouldn’t attack when she had reformed; Nevaeh jumped up and away from Theen and Alyan came up beside her looking down at the wolf who was still growling at Nevaeh. As Elayahi reformed and sat on the floor Alyan only had to look at Nevaeh and she nodded. Walking to the door the pair decided Theanos and Elayahi would need some brother/sister time. Looking to Alyan Nevaeh smiled, she hadn’t spent much time with him recently and when she got below the arrogant front he wasn’t that bad, for an older brother “Hah, still find her attractive with fur and claws?”

Theanos was glad that the elves had left the room. He couldn't ingaine how scared his siter was feeling. When he was first restrained, he was just over 100 years old, rebellious and argumentative, he fought it. After living in between his normal and natural state for so long, he had to fight it. Unfortunately Elayahi was born after the supposed killing, so as soon as she was born, she was shackled and restrained from her natural form.He couldnt imagine not being used to what they really were. The senses were differant, and so were emotions. Elayahi was in no fit possition to talk over what had happened, she'd curled up into a ball, and lay on the cold groud shaking and silent. Theen stroked her hair for a while until she fell asleep, picking himself up off the floor and limping out of the room. Closing the door the sound of laughter was thick in the air. Alyan promptly stopped however when he spotted his counterpart. 'How is she?' He asked, obviously concerned. Theanost sat and sighed 'fine. She'll be fine. She's looking better than you are to be honest.' He grinned at the elven man, his face now rugged and his hair growing to flop over his face. It grew quickly and was a honey colour, like Haldir's. Alyan laughed 'you can't really say much can you, it makes you look older though.' he said, referring to Theen's facial hair.

Alyan sat by Theanos and in turn Nevaeh sat by Alyan; there was a moment of silence between the pair as they stared up to the sky the small crescent moon was all that illuminated the sky, the stars flickered but they didn’t light up the sky like they used to. Looking down the line at Theanos Nevaeh pondered over whether she should attempt to take out any more shards of flint from his leg but decided it was probably best if someone who actually knew what they were doing tended to the wound. Thinking of his wound made Nevaeh think of Locien and how he could get the flint out in no time and with allot less pain that perhaps she had given him. Standing up she walked to the the door of the chief’s rooms and crept in silently, seeing Elayahi on the floor asleep she crept past her and grabbed her bow and arrow. She felt bad for causing so much agro and thought it would be good to let out at least a small amount of her frustration and guilt out. Coming back out of the room Alyan looked to his little sister” Manke naa lle autien?” who looked up to him and pointed to the bow. Raising an eyebrow he stood up “Lle lakwenien!?!” Swapping back to universal he continued “Its dark now and you won’t let anyone go with you. It isn’t like being at home Nevaeh you’ll get lost out there and If I can’t find you goodness knows what will happen.” Nevaeh rolled her eyes and walked down the wooden path in front of the three of them “I’ll be back soon.”

Alyan fell back down and exhaled heavily “She is so bloody stubborn.”, “Is Elayahi ever like that? I can never understand my sister, must be hard for her though being the only girl, how was Elayahi, you know, being surrounded by boys all the time?” Nevaeh, after a while of searching had found a way out of the village in the trees and onto the tall branches around it. Wrapping her legs around one branch she pushed her hair back from her face and plaited the sides so it wouldn’t get in her way. Jumping from branch to branch Nevaeh felt far out enough to let go and get in touch with her bow. Poised on her bare toes Nevaeh leant into her bow and pulled back the string; closing one eye and with a slight flick of Nevaeh’s wrist the sound of her arrow whistling into the darkness echoed around her. After each arrow Nevaeh moved a few dozen trees into the forest. Once again balancing on her toes Nevaeh was about to release one of her more basic arrows when she heard footsteps below her throwing her off guard slightly the arrow went off at an odd angle below her, no doubt in front of whoever was walking below her. Hearing her arrow hit the floor a chorus of voices growled below her in what she assumed was Lycan, it sounded like Lycan but her language skills weren’t the best. Turning around ever so quietly Nevaeh attempted to jump to a tree in front her but misjudged the distance and hit the floor, snapping the string of her bow Nevaeh was correct in assuming the group were lycans as she had fell twenty foot from them. Being Lycan guards no less Nevaeh didn’t care she had broken her bow and what felt like her wrist and just ran back in the direction of the village in the trees.

Not sure if the guards had followed her Nevaeh jumped back into the trees and took a deep breath, she had no idea if they recognised her or not but her adrenaline was certainly pumping. After a few hours she managed to find the village and climb back up into it. Getting through the same gap Nevaeh walked through the quiet village and notice the sun was soon to appear as the sky had a hint of orange pink about it. Looking down at her bow Nevaeh rolled her eyes and accepted it was her fault for venturing out too far. Walking back up to where Alyan and Theanos were when she left Nevaeh wasn’t going to let onto her brother that he was right.

Theanos laughed at Alyan's comment. 'No. She was never like that. Elayahi is...' he paused 'diplomatic and rational... there are no guessing games with Elle.' Alyan turned to face into the forest. 'mmm.' He then turned to look at Theanos again. 'How long has she been?' Theanos chuckled to himself. 'Not long. Relax, she'll be fine.'

It was almost morning, and Alyan was livid. 'Where the hell is she?' he was pacing up and down the room, stepping over Elayahi everytime as she was still asleep. 'Its nearly morning, shouldn't we go and look for her?' Theanos had spent half an hour trying to calm him down. 'Look, she's a big girl, i'm sure she can handle being out on her own. Chill! Seriously!'

Seeing that Theanos and Alyan must have gone inside Nevaeh set down her bow on the floor outside of the room and turned back into the city to have a look around, to get familiar with the settings, it seemed that they would be moving around from place to place and she wanted a little bit of comfort in knowing her around for a little while. She would have stayed out for longer, walking along the empty wooden walkways that joined each small hut if her wrist didn’t hurt, she could move it, it was just at a funny angle and throbbed.
Picking up her arrow again Nevaeh opened the door slowly and first saw Theen, then Elayahi asleep on the floor then Alyan walking towards her at full speed “Manke nae lle?” he grabbed her left hand and pulled her in the room, pulling against her wounded wrist Nevaeh hissed “Tira ten' rashwe! Tanya awra!” He growled back at her “Amin uuma malia, I was worried about you!” Getting out from his grip Alyan crossed his arms “So, what happened then?” he looked down at her oddly bent wrist “There were Lycan guards in the forest okay? I ran from them, misjudged a distance and fell.”

Theanos jumped at the sound of the angered elven language and at Nevaeh as she was dragged in. Alyan's shouting woke Elayahi, who jolted awake and sat up. 'Whats going on?' she grumbled, rubbing her eyes. 'Shhh.' said Theanos to her, pressing a finger to his lips. “There were Lycan guards in the forest okay? I ran from them, misjudged a distance and fell.” The Lycan royalty frose, 'Guards...' whispered Elayahi. Theanos turned around, running his hands through his hair and clicking his tounge ferociously, suddenly stopping to turn and speak 'You ran from them?' he asked, shaking his head gravely with the answer. 'isn't good.' Lycan Graddeoan gaurds were a very suspicious people, who followed orders to the letter. If they had seen her running away from them, they would follow her, to see where she was going. They would have to leave, as not to jepordise the health of the clan. 'We'll have to go. Get provisions as quickly as possible and leave.' Elayahi stood, turning towards the corner of the room, where there was a table laden with food. She wrapped up various items in a tablecloth, seperating the meat from the plants. She packed them in a bag and slung it over her shoulder. 'I want to leave now.'

Alyan looked down to his sister then to Theanos’ grave expression and scowled to his sister. “Look what you have done now. You couldn’t just stayed here, sit down or sleep, no you have to go off, do your own thing, oh look at me I’m a toxophille, I can go off and shoot arrows in the dark because I’m the best elven archer in the southern hemisphere!” By now Nevaeh was looking down to the floor, gritting her teeth loudly, she wasn’t going to argue with Alyan, well she didn’t want to but he was really pushing her limits now.

Listening to all three of them now saying how they were going to have to leave now or how they were desperate to leave now. It didn’t help her guilt and still staring intently at the floor Nevaeh clutched her broken bow tightly and took a step back to feel her arrows on her back. She wasn’t going to hang around if she was going to be subjected to this. “I..I.. tr..” She was choked for stifling tears. Now misty eyed she followed the three others out of the door, Alyan feeling especially irritated with his younger sister made a snide comment under his breath loud enough for her to hear “You should probably stay behind if you’re just going to slow us down...” With that comment Nevaeh snapped and she couldn’t hold back the tears any longer. “Fine Alyan, fine I will go! Okay? If that would make you all so very happy, Ill go and find those guards and say hi again, perhaps invite them or something to drink!” Not letting him reply she continued “Im sorry im such an inconvenience for you all!” Running of to the west of the village Nevaeh found the gap she got out of before and flung herself through and ran through the trees, here vision blurred with tears, sitting in the leaves of a thick oak-like tree Nevaeh mumbled to herself in-between sniffles, trying to fix her bowstring with one hand “Come...one need to... pull yours..self together, you’re on your own now like you were b..before.” Snapping her 4th and final string Nevaeh cursed for the first time since she could remember “Shit! God damn it!”

Theanos watched Alyan getting more and more gobby with Nevaeh, and got irate himself as she left. He turned to Alyan, who had a look of regret before a flash of terror as he saw Theen's face. He stood next to him real close and loked down into his face 'Prat.' he said though gritted teeth, not an ounce of venom spared. He flung his bag over his shoulder and started running into the wood. He had no idea where she had gone, and the guards could be anywhere, there were more than him alone in ratio, if he got jumped while they were in natural form he didnt know if he could take it. Looking around, pausing to listen, he heard a small sniffling noise about 100 yards away, picking up his pace into a run, he dodged trees and leaped over puddles until he was there, on the other side of the tree. He could tell it was her sat on the other side, he could feel her, sense her there. “Come...one need to... pull yours..self together, you’re on your own now like you were b..before.” His heart stopped as he heard her anguished cry was sent out into the silence of the night. A snapping sound and then “Shit! God damn it!” He had never heard her swear and he didnt like it. He started clicking his tounge nervously and unconsiously, listening to what she would do next, but he heard nothing.

Throwing the string out of the tree Nevaeh leant back on tree sniffling and sobbing, she felt so guilty, if she had been more controlled and tried using the sword again instead of stabbing Theen, and if she hadn’t acted so harshly he wouldn’t have gotten upset and made her that arrow, she pulled it out of her bag and stroked its slightly jagged flint with the tip of her index finger again if she had left the flint and found a doctor somewhere she wouldn’t have angered Elayahi and made her Reform, causing her so much aggro and as for Alyan well he was an arse and she didn’t care about him. Not right now. Hearing something below herself Nevaeh flinched and dropped her bow, watching it hit every branch on the way down, Nevaeh climbed down with one hand frantically, she would need that if she had any hope of surviving on her own. Getting down on to the ground Nevaeh looked at Theen wide eyed and shaking from her tears “What...why are you here?”

Theanos jumped out of the way as Nevaeh's finely crafted bow clattered to the ground. He stood when she jumped down with bloodshot eyes and a question 'why am I...' he repeated, bemused that she didnt know. 'Nevaeh,' He grabbed both of her hands in his, bending his neck down to look at her 'look at me, Look at me.' he grazed his hand aross her cheek, bringing her face up to his 'You are never going to be alone again. Not as long as i'm alive. You will never slow me down, If you tire, I'll carry you. I love you Nevaeh. I love you.' He pulled her into him and wrapped his arms around her, his chin ontop of her head.

Nevaeh stood looking to the floor, she felt worse in the prescience of Theanos, he seemed to amplify her guilt even more, she had seemed to hinder him since they had met, in fact he had saved her from the life of slavery the first time they had really met. She looked up to his tanned face, and into his gentle eyes, there was no way she was going to let him down again. Looking away Nevaeh flinched as he held her hands and brought her face to his. Looking up to him with her bloodshot and sore eyes Nevaeh bit the inside of her lip 'You are never going to be alone again.’ Took her by surprise she couldn’t believe what she was hearing. ‘I love you Nevaeh. I love you.' Being pulled into Theanos’ embrace, Nevaeh closed her eyes, her fragile frame still shivering from her silent sobs; holding him tightly Nevaeh whispered shakily “I love you Theanos, I love you too...”

Theanos laughed lightly, kissing the top of his elf's head. 'You know what, my brother would like you.' he laughed louder 'as for your brother, want me to break his arms for you?' he pulled her back to look at her, smiling his warm grin at her 'I bet i was just born as the wrong race huh? Wrong time, wrong place.' He had thought about this many times, whether he had actually been born of another man, how he was so differant from his fater, his mother, Geddyn and even Faolan and Elayahi in the beginning. 'Come on sit down, sit with me.' He gently tugged her to the ground, him leant against the tree and her sat between his legs leaning against him. 'Let me tell you about my family. My dad, he uh, well i suppose you know all about him, hard, racist, smarmy git.' he laughed, stroking her hair 'Much like my mother, she's a hard ass bitch aswell, much more manipulative and sneaky than most. When Faolan was young, he was brought up by my father to be the image of living hell, his name meaning wolf, what he actually is so he could never escape it. He fought in wars, he was much greater than my father ever was...' he paused, 'until he fought in the war of Glefani, it changed him, the brutal killing of innocent people, he came back, and I was born, he started rebelling, changing from what my father wanted him to be, subtly of course. It was him who set up the slave market in the first place.' he stopped 'am i boring you?'

Breathing delicately on Theanos’ neck Nevaeh smiled, she hadn’t ever felt so happy, not like this, this was so blissful, it felt right in Theanos’ arms laughing a little at his comment about Alyan. “I’d love that, but he would only complain more. Besides, he needs his arms for...stuff...” Thinking back what she had said, Nevaeh looked up to Theanos again with a warm smile, she could see him as an elf if he wasn’t so muscular, he certainly had the morals of an elf; well, and elf that didn’t have extreme prejudices like Nevaeh and Alyan. Thinking of her prejudice towards lycans made her wonder if Alyan was truly over it. Even now Nevaeh still woke up from a flashback of that dark day and a pang of hatred burnt deep inside her. Sitting between Theen’s legs Nevaeh leant against him and watched the sun slowly rising, its warm orange and pink rays filtering through the tall trees. Closing her eyes she listened to Theanos’ story of his family. She nodded in agreement to his comments on his father, everyone in the land knew his brutality and cruelty but didn’t expect to hear his mother wasn’t far off the mark either. She had always expected her to be some sort of quiet trophy wife. Even being a different race Nevaeh was happy to see that someone other than a ditz married into royalty.
Nevaeh too nodded along to his description of Faolan, she wanted to ask more of him but feared of upsetting Theanos as the wound of his passing could still well be fresh. Resting her hands upon Theanos’ thighs Nevaeh shook her head. “No not at all, your family, are far more interesting than my own. We are the average working class family, well we were. I mean look at me know.” Nevaeh smiled “Please, tell me more.”

Theanos smiled, shifting his weight slightly. 'Okay, well, where was I... oh yea, after Faolan was accused of killing the elemental boy, father disowned him, he was cast out of the grounds and lived on the outskirts in the forest. I was around 100, what you would call a teen. At that time we had become close, we were forced by the elemental judges to be restrained from reforming, they found bite wounds on the body... Geddyn and Elayahi weren't born then, so it was only me that was subjected to the pain. They shackled me, forced electricity through it from the elementals, so everytime i tried, i was shocked with over 1000 vaults. Over the years though, i found a way, they became faulty, the shackles, so whenever i left the grounds to train with Faolan, i would take them off, and my father would never know. About this time, Geddyn and Elayahi were born. My parents were thrilled with the fact that they'd had a girl, so they kept her a secret from the public, nobody knew about her apart from nobility. Her and Geddyn were as thick as theives when they were younger, both of them stealing from me and killing small animals. This was until her 97th birthday, when mother found out that she had been dating a young fawn guard. She had him killed and turned to me for consollation. She snuck out with me to see Faolan, so she's a hell of a knifefighter now, she began to become political, level headed and rational. Unfortuanetly father found out about us leaving the grounds, so he kept a guard by us at all times. He didnt find out where we were going thankfully. I killed my shadower, and left. Faolan broke in, tried to help me. It turned out father had been secretly training Geddyn. He injured my shoulder, and killed my brother.' Theanos stopped, resting his head back against the tree and exhailing. 'I miss him.'

Nevaeh closed her eyes again and listened to Theanos’ story of his childhood; it was such a great contrast to that of her own. Though he spoke of the sorrow and the somewhat tragedy that happened to him and his siblings Nevaeh couldn’t help thinking of the riches and the life of royalty That Theanos must have also experienced after all Nevaeh had guarded for some of the Lycan balls and had met him before. Thinking back to her own childhood Nevaeh had a small smile. It wasn’t lavished in jewels and gold but it was the best she could have wished for. Up until her dad’s death Nevaeh was solely devoted to becoming a princess like all the other girls in the village; all wanting to be in the dresses and the tiaras. After her dad’s murder however was when Locien managed to get Nevaeh to channel her anger through archery.

Leaning to look up to Theen Nevaeh look his hand and kissed his chin “Do you know he is dead? Really If he is dead?” Not too far away Alyan was starting to feel guilty, what if Nevaeh did run away and Theanos couldn’t find her? Turning to Elayahi he groaned “Ugh...what have I done?”

Elayahi looked to the Elven man who was begginning to shake with anticipation and nervousness. She sighed, grabbing his arm and pulling him down onto a chair. She was stronger than she looked 'Calm down.' she breathed into the hollow of his neck, massaging his thisck shoulders. 'Youre so strong. But not as muscular as my brother.' Alyan tensed up slightly. 'But thats a good thing, if you were as big as him, then I wouldnt like you.' His twitched slightly. She leant back into him again, 'big, strong shoulders... your sister'll be fine... all you need to do, is just, relax...'

'Do you think we should get back to your brother? Or should we let him fret a bit more?' Theanos raised an eyebrow, curling his head around to look at Nevaeh. 'I recon you must've learned something about first aid to get you into guarding for the Centaurs, or even from your pansy of a brother, how abouts you try and get this bloody arrow out of my leg then hmm?' He shifted slightly, bending his knee and looking at the wound 'Are you going to scar my good looks for life now? I'm going to be an ugly cripple for the rest of my days! Thanks alot.' He grinned, pushing her playfully.

Gritting his teeth and wanting to Pace up and down Alyan didn’t know what to do, he wasn’t going to run after his baby sister In case she fought back, making him unable to. Caught up in his own paranoid thinkings Alyan didn’t expect to feel Elayahi’s surprisingly strong grasp. Looking up to her he looked a little flushed as she breathed onto his neck. His head lolling back Alyan closed his eyes for a moment; he couldn’t believe where he was and what was happening. “I am relaxed.” He mumbled lowly, trying to keep himself calm and collected, he had to remember that Elayahi was still the princess and he was only an elven warrior, even with his strength there were defiantly stronger Lycans and if provoked he was sure that Elayahi could take him down. Looking up to her he smiled “You really are something.” Pushing himself up closer to her, Alyan smiled again, not so much as a hair’s breadth between them.

“Leave him be,” Nevaeh grinned cheekily, it was the way with elves that if a sibling or close relative was very happy or very upset another relative could pick up on the sense “I’m sure Elayahi is giving him enough...aggro...” cuddling into Theanos a little she laughed about his comment to the arrow wound “Well I tell you what.” She stood up and turned around to face Theen “If you stay still ill pull the flint out for you, you only have a few shards left.” Pressing herself against his chest, Nevaeh kissed Theanos softly, her hand trailing down his leg, only reach towards the shards and pulling out two. “There, there shhh, its not that bad!”

Theanos yelped, grabbing onto Nevaehs shoulders and hissing through the pain. He buried his head in the nape of her neck, gripping her shoulders a bit too tightly, but not noticing through the pain. When she had finished, he looked up to her, tears in his eyes for the pain 'Gah woman, you could seriously kill someone with those... and now look... theres blood on my leg...' Theen leaned forward, licking the back of his calve and the blood from it. The blood seeping from him was a deep crimson with occasional golden spirals of liquid. 'Now how am I going to get girls huh? You've spoiled my chances for pulling, how, are you ever, going to find a way to repay me?' he twitched his eyebrows, leaning back in towards her breathing out in a short laugh. He lifted his hand and stroked the mark he made over her left eye in mud a while back. 'We're going to have to aqquire some ink before we leave... I want to make this permanant...' He was suddenly serious, tracing the flaking mark lightly with his finger. It looks beautiful on you. It belongs there...' He turned so he was facing away from her, staring off through the trees.

'Something?' whispered Elayahi, announciating every sound painfully slowly 'even if i did know exactly what you meant by that... unconventional comment, it wouldnt matter. I want to make you feel how much you want me.' She then licked his mouth slowly before standing up and walking away, turning back to smile and say 'mmmm... you taste good.' turning back and carrying on walking.
